EASY & CONVENIENT

Takeaway boxes are in vacuum packing, which you may store up to 2 days. Enjoy anytime, anywhere at ease. 

Reheating: Simply put the whole food packet into boiling water for 15 minutes

Terms and Conditions​

  1. This Takeaway Menu is available for self pick-up and delivery orders only. (Delivery service is not applicable to any addresses which are on the list of buildings with confirmed COVID-19 cases)

  2. Please place your order at least one day in advance.

  3. Delivery service:
    - Free delivery service for New Territories & Kowloon areas when your placed order is $1000 or above 
    - $100 delivery fee will be applied to Hong Kong areas
    (Applicable to large residential estates only, excluding remote areas, Lantau Island, Ma Wan, outlying islands, any addresses which are compulsory testing areas and on the list of buildings with confirmed COVID-19 cases)

  4. You may pick either one time slot for the delivery service: 11:00-13:00 or 15:00-17:30.

  5. You may pick up your order any time between 11:00-17:30 at Le Vow if you select the self pick-up option.

  6. Orders will be delivered to residential estate parking lots or receptions only,  door-to-door delivery is not applicable.

  7. To ensure that you can enjoy the food with the best flavours, all takeaways are recommended to be enjoyed within the same day you order them. In case you would like to enjoy at a later time, please store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

  8. In response to environmental protection, we will not provide disposable plastic tableware unless this is requested when placing the order.

  9. Order details and pick-up time will be confirmed by phone.

  10. Any change of the order, cancellation or refund are not allowed after confirmation.

  11. Delivery service will be suspended due to inclement weather conditions, e.g. Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above.

  12. Delivery time may be delayed due to weather and traffic conditions.

  13. Please double check all the order information to ensure a fast and smooth transaction. 

  14. In case of any disputes, Lake House reserves the right of final decision.
